Why we do what we do |
At Chillicious HQ, we are passionate about great food and great taste, we love it that people can share our love of good food, hand made in small batches in our kitchen with no additives, preservatives.
Our range is cooked the artisan way, in small batches using old recipes handed down by family and friends. We have tweaked some of our recipes to bring modern day flavours to the table. Our range of products are made from locally sourced raw materials on the central coast of NSW - we like to support our local growers and keep the carbon footprint to a minimum where possible. |

It was so difficult to buy a good Tomato Relish like we remembered from childhood, we decided to make our own. After sharing with friends and family, regular feed back was, why don't you make this to sell at the markets. After some research and lots of consideration we decided to take the plunge into hand made artisan good flavoured products!
Over time our range has grown to include chilli jams, kasundis, chutneys, relishes, pickles and sauces. On the sweeter side we also do a small range of marmalades and specialty jams. We like to share our love of good flavour with you so you can enjoy too. |
